All of our Personal Trainers are nationally certified. What does that mean? It means that they’ve studied and passed one of the most challenging certifications in the country. That being said, when it comes to handpicking trainers for the team, we look for much more than simply knowledge. The trainers below embody everything we believe fitness should be. Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer based out of Atlanta, GA. I recently relocated after spending the last 5 years working out of New York City, where I helped over 200 clients achieve their fitness goals. I’ve also conducted seminars and workshops to educate and coach other personal trainers. My training methods place a big emphasis on what I call “progressive calisthenics,” and I haven’t lifted a weight in over two years. I’ve attained over 10 various fitness certifications, and have attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients reach their goals.
I’m John, and I’m a NASM certified personal trainer. For over two years, I have dedicated myself to training a wide range of clients from aspiring athletes, clients looking to boost their energy and alleviate stress, and even the elderly looking to get back on their feet again. I’ve been on both sides, originally as a client myself. Now as a trainer, I focus on functional movements with an attention to proper body mechanics, all while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to having the chance to working with you!
I’m Kelsey, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer from Northern Virginia. I’m a mother of three who strives to set a positive example of what a healthy lifestyle is. I serve as the strength and conditioning coach for a swim team, teaching swimmers ages 8-18 that their body is the most useful and versatile piece of equipment around. I understand the importance of full body workouts with a focus on a strong core. After becoming a mother, I realized that my time was precious and I needed to find the balance of taking care of not only my kids, but myself. I’m happy to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, listen to your goals and design each workout specifically for you. I’m very positive, a motivator, and have a strong desire to help people better themselves. My super secret to a stronger core is…laughter, which you will experience with me as your trainer.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry since I was 20 years old. I’ve done it all, from a fitness instructor, small group personal trainer, personal trainer, to gym manager. After overcoming the eating disorders and exercise addiction that riddled my teens and early twenties, I made it my mission to educate and empower others. I want to teach others that being healthy, being fit, and being strong does not mean killing yourself in the gym and depriving yourself of food and happiness. You can do it all in a safe, balanced, way. I’ve watched women and men surpass their expectations of themselves, become athletes, lose dozens of pounds, and gain muscles and confidence they have never seen before. That, my friends, is what I live for.
Hi, I’m Jerry and I’ve been with WEBercise since 2013 and have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008. In 2000, after being slim my whole life, I found myself 40 lbs. overweight and knew I needed to make a change. Once I was able to get my weight under control through proper diet and exercise, I became driven to help others do the same. That led to my dual personal training certification along with a specialty in corrective exercise. I work best with individuals looking to lose weight, gain muscular strength, and those training for the first time.
Hi there! I’m Natalie, a business director and NASM certified personal trainer. I’m currently completing my ACE health coach certification to effectively pair personalized training programs with mindful eating behaviors that will help individuals intuitively make smarter decisions for their bodies, and more importantly, help them see the fun and value in fitness.
I’m passionate about removing the intimidation associated with exercise, and empowering individuals to instill healthy lifestyle changes by finding practical ways of incorporating fitness into their daily routine.

Hi, I’m Tonya Iverson, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I’ve been a trainer for 8 years and I have a passion for helping individuals reach and surpass their fitness goals.Many years ago, after the birth of my daughter, I wanted to lose the extra “baby weight“ and I hired a personal trainer to help. After working with my trainer for several weeks, I instantly became hooked and inspired to help others with their health and wellness.
