1. CHOOSE ONE OF OUR 30-DAY PROGRAMS
We have three programs based around how many times per week you’re looking to work with your personal trainer – Core and Stabilization, Lean and Toned, and Transformation.
Each session is 45 minutes.
2. SIGN OUR WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You can find our standard form and sign it by CLICKING HERE. If you forget, no worries, and we’ll email you a reminder prior to your first session.
3. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SKYPE
We understand that there are many video conferencing tools out there, but this is the simplest and our preferred option. You can download it by CLICKING HERE and choosing which version you’d like to download (tablet, computer, etc.).
4. CHECK YOUR EMAIL
You’ll receive an email from one of our trainers who matches your availability to set up your first session!
